Experience:

• Experience: 1 year in an education consultancy & Visa processing offices

• English Proficiency: IELTS preferred

• Adaptability: Ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds

• Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing social media platforms

• Conversion Skills: Ability to convert student inquiries into enrolments

• Communication and Management Skills: Strong skills to build and maintain good relationships with students

• Counseling: Provide education consultancy and support to the admission seekers in overseas universities focusing on destinations Australia
• File Processing and Assessment: Handle file processing, assessment, and Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing
• Social Media Communication: Manage and engage with students through social media platforms
• CRM Management: Update the CRM system with student reports and relevant information
• Relationship Management: Maintain positive and supportive relationships with students
• Content Creation: Create short counseling videos to aid in student guidance
• The officer is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing visa applications for individuals seeking entry into the specified countries (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, and Asia). This role involves assessing visa eligibility, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Also provides information and assistance to applicants.
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
