Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Education with 3 years relevant experience or Masters of Social Science with B. Ed /M. Ed with 2/3 years related experience or Masters of social science with 5-6 years of practical and related experience both technical and managerial aspect of education program.

Job Context:
∎ Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) started its journey in 1988 with a noble vision to stand in solidarity with the poor and marginalized. During this long span, ESDO has adapted with the changing situation and provided the most time-bound services especially for the poor and disadvantaged. A community focused and people centered approach has been adapted by ESDO while consideration was given to the national policy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as its guiding principle. ESDO is one of the most dynamic organizations expanding its development interventions across 273 upazilas under 49 districts of Bangladesh covering over 8.46 million poor and vulnerable people.
∎ ESDO in partnership with Plan International Bangladesh is implementing Empowering Adolescent Girls to End Child Marriages in Bangladesh project at Hatibandha Upazila under Lalmonirhat district to ensure ending of child marriage of secondary school’s girls and boys. We are inviting applications from suitable and interested candidates for the following position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge and experience on project implementation and management skill.
∎ Should have experience on formal secondary education program in national and international organization.
∎ Independently organize and conduct training, workshop and orientation for different stakeholders like secondary school teachers, SMC/PTA, Student cabinet, student club, adolescent groups, parents and UP representatives.
∎ Should have strong communication skill, report writing skill in both English and Bangla includes case story, narrative, formative and pictorial,
∎ Should have sound training facilitation skill, computer operation (MS word, Excel and power point)
∎ Develop different guideline of project activities.
∎ Strong coordination skill with GO/NGO/LGI
∎ Closely work with Secondary School Teacher, SMC/PTA, Students Cabinet, Parents, UP and Upazila Secondary Education Office.
∎ Document the experience / Learning and share with project team and other appropriate levels.
∎ Program monitoring and supervision skill is mandatory requirement for this position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age will be relaxed for highly experience candidates
∎ Experience requirement at least 5 years
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle & should have a valid driving licensee.
Salary: Tk. 43000 - 48298 (Monthly)
