Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing expert advice and guidance to students or clients seeking educational opportunities abroad and individuals applying for visit visas.
∎ Assisting clients with the complete visa application process, including documentation, submission, and interview preparation.
∎ Staying updated on visa requirements, immigration policies, and admission criteria for countries like the Japan, South Korea and Europe.
∎ Supporting students with university applications, admission processes, and scholarship information.
∎ Maintaining a strong relationship with clients, addressing their queries and concerns throughout the process.
∎ Coordinating and liaise with relevant embassies to ensure timely submission and approval.
