Responsibilities & Context:
Computer Operator (Student Admission Executive)
- Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their study goals.
- Collect, verify, and organize required documents from students for university and visa applications.
- Prepare and process admission files for submission to partner universities and institutions.
- Follow up with students regarding pending documents and application progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and track application status.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and other stakeholders regarding admissions and offers.
- Support the counseling team in guiding students about suitable study destinations and programs.
- Ensure timely completion of application processes and meet submission deadlines.
- Assist in other administrative and student service tasks as assigned by management.
