Job Context:
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and other computer applications is required.
• Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Data Entry, Bank Related Work, Office Management, or Administrative Support.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel including functions, formulas.
• Experience in data entry, record-keeping, and office Accounts management tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications and office management software.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in maintaining records.
• Manage and maintain spreadsheets using MS Excel, including creating reports, Bill, Invoice analysing data, and utilizing Excel functions.
• Support the office with general computer operations, including file management, correspondence and document preparation.
• Assist in managing office records, including Accounting, Bank Management, inventory and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with team members or Leader to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office operations.
• Identify and implement improvements in data management and office processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
