Responsibilities & Context:
Providing expert advice and guidance to students or clients seeking educational opportunities abroad and individuals applying for visit visas.
Assisting clients with the complete visa application process, including documentation, submission, and interview preparation.
Staying updated on visa requirements, immigration policies, and admission criteria for countries like the Japan, South Korea and Europe.
Supporting students with university applications, admission processes, and scholarship information.
Maintaining a strong relationship with clients, addressing their queries and concerns throughout the process.
Coordinating and liaise with relevant embassies to ensure timely submission and approval.
