Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 1-3 years of relevant experience in the education or migration sector. Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to student needs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist students with university applications for Australia, Canada, and the UK & others.
∎ Handle visa application processes efficiently.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Ability to convert student inquiries into enrolments.
∎ Manage and engage with students through social media platforms and calls.
∎ Update the CRM system with student reports and relevant information.
∎ Create short counselling videos to aid in student guidance for social media platform.
∎ Attend seminars, workshops, and training sessions as required.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
