Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with corporate development and implementation of environment, health and safety Policy, programs for the group that ensure compliance with local and buyer requirements;
∎ Provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and coaching to factory personnel to identify, evaluate and manage the risk of loss through the application of health, safety, and environmental control measures;
∎ Evaluate energy and sustainability opportunities, identify financial impact and finalize energy and sustainability recommendation;
∎ Develop and review site specific annual environment, health and safety (EHS) plans;
∎ Coordinate with electrical and mechanical department to collect water and energy data and analysis to achieve the different buyer's requirement;
∎ Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), polices and related work instruction & register based on different clauses of ISO 14001:20015, 18001:2007 & 9001: 2015;
∎ Coordinating and implementing ZDHC projects, HIGG index, BVE3,CMRT,H20 etc. as per buyers requirement;
∎ Monthly GHG report preparation based on energy consumption by the factory;
∎ Maintain a safe chemical management system by developing chemical inventory list, ensuring simplified MSDS and GHS labeling in chemical store and user point;
∎ Developing and collecting supplier declaration based on chemical RSL list; & Follow the RSL & MRSL and maintain strictly. Ensure original SDS, TDS, Guaranty letter and other certificates from suppliers. Follow APEO/AP/AZO/FORMALDEHYDE/ ZDHC Guidelines.
∎ Monitoring and provide guideline for waste management from source segregation to final disposal;
∎ Monitor ETP operation whether the treat water meets state regulation, ZDHC and buyer's requirements;
∎ Develop a chemical management system to comply with ZDHC/Detox and buyer's requirements;
∎ Face all kinds of external and internal environmental audit;
∎ Implementation of buyer's environmental compliance requirements;
∎ Submit monthly report to higher management;
∎ Environmental Gap Analysis;
∎ Monitor and implementation 3R program for all factory of the group;
∎ Prepare and monitor air source inventory, ODS inventory, GHG inventory ETC;
∎ Coordinate with eco-team to make eco factory;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Report storing, Data analyzing, root cause analyzing, follow up, monitoring & regular training on safe chemical management
∎ Performance Data ready and upload - chemical part with ETP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have enough knowledge on Higg, PaCT, conflict mineral, BVE3, ZDHC, Clean chain, client specified environmental audits, ECP, EIA, SBT-program, WLP, RCS, GRS, OCS, GOTS, H2O, WQP, Client required environmental programs etc;
∎ Should have ready to work under pressure;
∎ Must have good communication skill and well behavior.
