Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences/Social Sciences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous relevant experience with humanitarian/development context; at least 5 years' experience in EcRec Programming where at least three years on TVET/Skill sector and inclusive market promotion with UN/INGOs through partnership approach.
∎ Experience of working with government agencies with partnership approach will get an extra advantage.
∎ Having thematic level skill and knowledge on protection focused livelihoods will get preferences.
∎ Sound skill and knowledge on Food security and Nutrition, Livelihoods/skill development and DRR project implementation.
∎ Sound knowledge on EcRec concept and strategies under humanitarian context along with TVET, Entrepreneurship, Youth Job Placement, Business Plan, Market Linkages and Financial Inclusion.
∎ Experience in facilitating Graduation Approach Model in Bangladesh.
∎ Good communication and report writing skill in English.
∎ Willingness and ability to work in any field environment, including emergency context.
∎ Good organizational skills and capacity to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
