Responsibilities & Context:
Develop the Regional Office (RO) program in alignment with the BWW strategy
Act as the focal point for liaison with local authorities, technical partners and service providers
Oversee the effective implementation of the organization’s Core Intervention Program which focuses on domestic water supply, civil protection, community mobilization and hygiene
Ensure on time compliance with the organization’s reporting processes and Support function policies
Smoothly manage Regional Office team members by leading, assisting and strengthening the capacity of team members
Participate in the organization’s continuous improvement process at the local level
