Job Context:
∎ Tech Rajshahi is a growing IT company based in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, specializing in eCommerce solutions and services. We serve USA-based eCommerce sellers, helping them achieve success in the dynamic online marketplace.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and motivated eCommerce Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing eCommerce stores for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of online stores and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain eCommerce Stores for clients.
∎ Product Research
∎ Manage inventory, pricing, and product listings.
∎ Order Processing
∎ Prep Center Management
∎ Oversee customer support and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ According to our company policy, salary increases on a yearly basis 5% to 30%
