Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, courier coordination, Ecommerce Marketing, Excellent customer service skills, logistics implementation, Order processing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment.
∎ Accurately process customer requests and sales orders.
∎ Monitor and investigate all orders to minimize fraud Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Handle inbound & outbound materials to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
∎ Provide customer service via phone and email, including taking orders, troubleshooting web problems, and resolving customer concerns.
∎ Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
∎ Interact routinely (telephone and email) with Customers, Sales Team, Vendors and Warehouses.
∎ Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
∎ Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop new business opportunities, solve logistical problems and produce new solutions.
∎ Assist in website updates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Telecommunications, electronics industry experience is preferred.
∎ High proficiency in computer and internet use including Microsoft Office.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills
∎ Results oriented, self-starter, customer-focused and resilient.
∎ Can-do attitude & adaptability to a fast-paced environment integrity.
∎ Ability to lead and manage staff
∎ Must be a sales-oriented person
