Responsibilities & Context:
Direct participation in basic child care.
Assist in operational works of the center.
Ensure an equal and safe environment for every child in the light of Child Rights.
Assist in planning, developing and implementing various early childhood development activities.
Developing child friendly center decoration & materials.
Ensure the overall hygiene, safety and cleanliness of the center and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
Ensure clear and professional communication with parents and visitors.
Maintain a flexible and open mindset with the willingness to engage in any child-related responsibilities.
