Job Context:
∎ Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive or a similar role.
∎ In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Etsy, and Walmart Seller Center.
∎ Proficiency in managing product listings, optimizing content, and using relevant tools and software.
∎ Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, trends, and marketplace policies.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
∎ Experience with order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage product listings and optimize content for maximum visibility and sales on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and Walmart platforms.
∎ Conduct thorough product research to identify profitable opportunities, competitive pricing, and trending products.
∎ Coordinate inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, and timely replenishment.
∎ Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback, ensuring exceptional customer service.
∎ Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales, including running promotions and advertising campaigns.
∎ Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, recommend improvements, and achieve sales targets.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends, marketplace policies, and best practices for each platform.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
∎ Assist with order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and return/refund management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
