Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit customers; build rapport with them to understand their pain points, present value proposition/USP of our digital marketplace.
∎ Formulate and execute sales strategy plan to achieve monthly target.
∎ Conceptualize campaign, promotion, sales activities and execute those to boost sales.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external (partners/Vendors) stakeholders to create, customize and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans, campaigns and operation to achieve monthly target.
∎ Measure customer experience and suggest improvement area in system to ensure best in class platform experience.
∎ Suggest emerging business opportunity through advertising, business process re-engineering and analytics within and outside assigned customers account.
∎ Managing Campaigns, Social Media, Blog, Website & Email etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ Analysis Social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Create and edit posts, videos and other content.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence & create campaigns.
∎ Any other assignments as assigned by the management time to time.
