∎ Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
∎ Manage product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional activities including promotional contents planning.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer service to streamline processes and resolve issues.
∎ Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales.
∎ Work closely with graphic designer to design the regular promotional contents and communicate through different platforms.Brand Development and Management:
∎ Develop and execute strategies to strengthen our brand identity in the girls' lifestyle and kids' stationery markets.
∎ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels, including the website, social media, and digital advertising.
∎ Monitor brand performance and customer perceptions, making adjustments as needed to enhance brand equity.Marketing Strategy and Execution:
∎ Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
∎ Utilize SEO/SEM, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and social media to reach and engage target audiences.
∎ Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer insights to tailor marketing efforts effectively.Data Analysis and Reporting:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, enhancing our brand presence, and developing marketing strategies that engage our target audience. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can drive e-commerce initiatives while maintaining the integrity of our brand.
