Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee, develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online traffic and sales in all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including product listing, order processing, customer service, and logistics.
∎ Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways and logistics partners.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
∎ Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and technologies and recommend changes and improvements to our e-commerce operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
∎ Sound knowledge of E-commerce.
∎ Applicants should have sound knowledge of IT products.
