∎ Must have proven Experience to run the E Commerce Manager Role in a reputed companies like Arogga, MedEasy, ePharma, LifePlus Bangladesh and Shombhob which specialize in medicine and healthcare items.
∎ Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of online retail and digital marketing.
∎ Experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
∎ Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and other online advertising strategies.
∎ Familiarity with website development, user experience optimization, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
∎ Knowledge & Competencies of the Candidates will be the ins and outs of eCommerce platforms, whether that's Wordpress, Shopify, Python, 3d cart, Magento, or Squarespace.
∎ Search engine optimization (SEO) Ads Management & best Knowledge of add optimization.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
∎ Select and manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring it meets the company's needs and provides a seamless user experience.
∎ Optimize website design, functionality, and content to improve user experience and drive conversions.
∎ Develop and implement online advertising campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media), manage social media presence, and drive traffic to the website.
∎ Oversee the creation and management of product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product information.
∎ Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Focus on optimizing the customer journey, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience.
∎ Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

Due to increasing volumes & current market share we need E Commerce Manager.
∎ The role of e-commerce managers involves overseeing the online store's design, functionality, and user experience, as well as managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing sales funnels, and improving conversion rates he will manage our sales touchpoints — website, online marketplaces, and aggregators — and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimize the overall customer experience.
