Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a coordinator among web developer, digital agency, photographers, other partners and management
∎ Practical knowledge of social media marketing
∎ Facebook pixel, Facebook boosting, email marketing, SMS campaign, YouTube channel manage
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI, KPI etc)
∎ Responsible for all social media accounts and replying to any potential customers inquiry/complaints
∎ Excellent understanding of Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat
∎ Ensuring all creative assets are produced in accordance with technical specifications
∎ Producing weekly reports on progress against targets and budgets
∎ Dealing with urgent campaign issues
∎ Keeping the management team aware of campaign performance and key issues
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing strategies/campaigns
∎ Manage and maintain the organization's website(s)
∎ Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
∎ Edit and post videos podcasts and audio contents to online sites regularly
∎ Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) AD management
