Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager with comprehensive knowledge of global eCommerce and exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken). The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with customers and clients, ensuring the delivery of superior service.
∎ E-Commerce Business Operations: Understand and manage day-to-day IT/eCommerce business operations.
∎ Project Management: Handle project requirements, convey messages to internal teams, and ensure tasks are completed properly.
∎ Team Management: Lead and manage the eCommerce business team efficiently.
∎ Client Communication: Communicate effectively with foreign clients, understanding their needs and conveying them accurately.
∎ Proposal Writing: Write proposals, emails, and other business correspondence in a professional manner.
∎ Site Management: Manage IT and eCommerce sites and administer web blogs.
∎ Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and come up with innovative ideas.

∎ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
∎ Knowledge: Strong understanding of global eCommerce.
∎ Experience: Prior experience in eCommerce and IT site management is preferred.
