Experience:

• At least 5 years

• At least 5 years as Dyeing QC

• Have to set planning as per capacity and priority.

• Should Know cotton & Polyester dyeing production.

• Have to check quality of the dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn as well as the sewing thread.

• Have to ensure co-ordination with batch, dyeing, finishing, quality and delivery team.

• Have to follow up dyeing production as per daily target plan.

• Have to handle shade matching in lab and dyeing.

• Co-ordination with planning for the program and quality control dept. for testing of fastness properties.

• Taking care of testing of Rubbing, washing, Light and Perspiration fastness.

• Training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues.

• Coordination with laboratory, sales and marketing departments for day-to-day production requirements and sampling activities.
