∎ B.Sc in textile engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To keep written records of the amount of fabric dyed or finished or the amount of chemicals used.
∎ Communicate with co-workers, who perform other parts of the manufacturing process, and must notify management in the case of machine malfunctions.
∎ Must have the stamina to stay on their feet for extended periods of time.
∎ To mix the chemical 'recipe' for dyeing both natural and synthetic textiles.
∎ Deciding which chemical dye formula would create the right colour
∎ Making up a sample dye and checking to make sure it produces the right results
∎ Recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dying process.
∎ To use computer-controlled instruments to mix dyes.
∎ Inspect the fabric to ensure they have been finished to the required specifications and no defects are present.
∎ Advice to mix the chemicals and dyes they use in their machines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and spoken)
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications and internet
∎ Basic knowledge on dying/finishing/weaving/garment making and so on
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing Process and minimizing the rejections.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
