Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and oversee the dry process operations (e.g., hand sanding, whiskers, PP spray, resin treatment, tagging, etc.).
∎ Coordinate with the product development and merchandising teams to execute buyers’ wash standards and samples.
∎ Ensure on-time execution of dry processes while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.
∎ Train and supervise dry process teams to enhance skills and process consistency.
∎ Monitor chemical usage and process techniques to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
∎ Work closely with QAD and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to buyer requirements and audit protocols.
