Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve set objectives and improve performance.
∎ Tracking the performance of sales representatives and ensuring continuous improvement.
∎ Managing and optimizing the sales budget to ensure cost efficiency.
∎ Analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales decisions.
∎ Providing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills.
∎ Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management, including analysis and future action plans.
∎ Maintaining good relationships with distributors & ensuring the optimum level of inventory at the distributor’s warehouse.
∎ Bashundhara Group-Cement Industry is looking for experienced sales personnel to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining key relationships, generating new customers, monitoring the activities of sales representatives, managing distributor inventory, and managing customer inquiries and orders.
