Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Masters/ MBA in HRM or Management from any reputed private or public institution
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM from BIM will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptibility, Business Communication, Conflict management, Self motivated, Stress Management, Team player

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation & Benefits, Factory HR Administration, General Administration, General HR, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, payroll management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary job responsibilities of the Dy. Manager/Manager, HR & Administration include, but are not limited to:
∎ Develop creative practices and programs that identify, source, assess and hire the best talent to meet changing and evolving business needs.
∎ Advice on a wide range of core human resource functions including organizational design, HR policies, and best practices.
∎ Lead the development and execution of Human Resources strategic and annual plans in alignment with the organizational goals, and mission.
∎ Ensure compliance with state and local laws and best practices in HR and administration procedures so that they are efficient, accurate, timely, and responsive.
∎ Responsible for HR and Administration department budget; review and negotiate HR-related contracts and agreements.
∎ Responsible to all HR issues relate to factory operation for instance recruitment and selection, orientation, staffs' management, salary survey and disciplinary process.
∎ Responsible for overall security and safety in the site and factories.
∎ Advises and coaches line managers in the execution of their people management accountabilities
∎ Implements ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
∎ Facilitates the collaboration and communication between the site/factories and HR units at the Corporates office HRM.
∎ Creates and maintains internal communication channels and tools with the staff (staff meetings, notice board, employee representatives, org charts, surveys etc.); communicates and promotes the role of HR to all staff members
∎ Develops and implements policies on issues like working conditions, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management by concern of Authority.
∎ Any other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good command in spoken & written English.
∎ Good Computer knowledge in MS Office, Internet correspondence.
∎ Able to create new policy, SOP's as per company requirements like; leave & attendance, Discipline, Vehicle management policy, Provident fund, Gratuity and other HR policy.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Laws-2006; Rules-2015 and Company Law.
∎ Ability to develop technical solutions to business requirements in a complex projects, products and modules environment

Salary: Negotiable
