Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for arranging administrative support for smooth factory operation.
∎ Arrange required manpower production floor.
∎ Responsible for house keeping and cleaning as per compliance standard.
∎ Responsible for waste management.
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and plan ways.
∎ Assess production staff and workers performance and provide training and guidance to ensure maximum operations.
∎ Employee and workers hiring activities.
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate floor of information within the company to facilitate other business operation.
∎ Oversee facilities services, production and maintenance activities etc. Training and development work (Orientation, Fire safety, PPE, etc.).
∎ Compliance record keeping and prepare documentation.
∎ Follow the instruction of operational team and take imitative to implement by the staff & works on the production floor.
∎ Factory house keeping, solid water management activities.
∎ Work as a coordinator with all departments.
∎ Daily work update to concern management.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
