∎ Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
∎ Monitor employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.

∎ Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
∎ Maintain HR records and generate regular reports on key metrics.
