- Adequate knowledge on Land/ Real Estate business as well as present market scenario.
- To forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution
- To achieve target of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales.
- Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Share/ownership.
- To follow up with further steps of the sales process
- Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
