∎ Training/Trade Course: Relevant training will add value
∎ Skills Required: Paper machine maintenance, Paper Machine Utility, Strong leadership and team management skill, Technical Knowledge on Paper Mill Equipment

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Analysis on Spare parts cost, Conditional Base Maintenance, Paper machine maintenance, Schedule Based Maintenance, Utility Consumption
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Paper

Job Context:
∎ The Job Location will be at Rajendrapur, Gazipur (Paper Mill).
∎ We are only looking for Mechanical Engineer.
∎ Candidates from Paper Mill background will be given preference.
∎ Must be able to implement maintenance planning and execution.
∎ Must reside near the factory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision, planning, and execution of all types of mechanical works in Media Paper Mill & ensure all types of materials quality checking for different projects and supervision of all types of Mechanical works, frequent site supervision capability at any stage.
∎ To prepare mechanical details drawings, capable of understanding drawings, finding out any deviations, and collecting revised drawings from the design department or consultant.
∎ To check details drawings of each & individual machine parts, alignment, and mechanical setup for the Main Paper Machine, Dryer, Turbo Separator, Hydro Pulper, High-density Cleaner (HDC), and Vacuum pumps of different capacities & can repair properly when required.
∎ To prepare a proper proactive plan considering Man, Machine, Materials, Method, etc. for dismantling & reinstallation of Paper Mill equipment during planned maintenance to improve machine efficiency & avoid unwanted breakdown.
∎ Attend all kinds of side calls regarding the problems due to mechanical problems.
∎ Leadership management capability is a must in terms of building teamwork/ positive teamwork, delivering results, and leading/coaching / training the full maintenance team at the Paper Mill.
∎ Spare parts management system for paper mill. Must be capable of segregating critical/fast-moving/slow moving parts.
∎ Inspect Paper Mill equipment regularly through a checklist to identify problems/faults to avoid the paper Mill's sudden breakdown.
∎ Must ensure the right people in the right workplace to reduce repair time & to improve equipment efficiency.
∎ From time to time communicate with Mechanical & Project In-charge for mechanical problems.
∎ To prepare activity-based action plans for planned maintenance so that no unplanned breakdown can happen.
∎ Sound knowledge of different types of mechanical components of media Paper Mill.
∎ Daily team meetings to ensure the smooth operation of the Paper Mill.
∎ To prepare a plan for a cost reduction project in terms of utility / spare parts / through KAIZEN Etc. Create an environment of continuous improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 47 years

∎ Strong e-mail communication skills.
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and Pivot Table.
∎ Creative problem-solving skills.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
∎ Capable of handling multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 90000 (Monthly)
∎ Maximum salary can be provided if experience in the relative field.
