- Strong understanding of animal nutrition and diet formulation.

- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Licensed Veterinarian.
- Passion for animal health & welfare.
- Strong capacity to solve the problem and anti-pressure ability.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (data management, formulas, pivot tables, reporting & analysis)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily farm operations to achieve production targets.
- Maintain optimal environment (temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, water, and feed supply).
- Proper knowledge regarding cow diseases and prevention or treatment.
- Maintain accurate records of animal health, treatment histories, and disease outbreaks
- Provide regular health reports and assessments to the project manager and senior management
- Ensure effective waste management and environmental control within the farm premises.
- Manage, train, and motivate farm workers. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the team through the end-of-cycle process: litter removal, thorough cleaning and disinfection of sheds and equipment, and preparation for new flock intake, verifying efficacy through lab tests.
