Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Well-spoken quality.
Good computer operating skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve divisional sales and collection targets through effective planning and execution.
Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and company objectives.
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.
Analyze dealer performance, including stock levels, balances, dues, and collections to drive growth.
Support smaller dealers to expand business and recover dues from default accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product display, availability, and adherence to company standards.
Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and provide feedback for improvement.
Identify new customers, business opportunities, and untapped markets for expansion.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams for alignment and consistency.
Monitor competitor activities, sales trends, and promotional strategies to protect and grow market share.
Provide training and coaching to enhance the team’s product knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure dealer compliance with company policies and take corrective actions when necessary.
Prepare and present sales, collection, and market performance reports to senior management.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department or management.
