Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Cables Products that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
∎ Achieve sales targets as per plan by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
∎ Responsible for collection against the sales within the time frame approved by the management.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and threats.
∎ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our cables product portfolio, including technical specifications and applications, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
∎ Ensure and maintain all types of administrative activities like trade license updates, VAT file updates, product internal transfer and showroom decoration.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly sales and business performance reports and present them to the management team/ HOS.
∎ Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
∎ Set and monitor sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the Cables Products, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
∎ Visit dealer's points from district to district in different markets to improve and develop sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint applications.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation abilities.
∎ Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
∎ Deep industry knowledge and a network of industry contacts.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed.
