• Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge or experience in Revit/BIM tools is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of structural detailing and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret design inputs and work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil and structural elements of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Develop structural drawings including foundation plans, framing layouts, slab details, reinforcement detailing, and sections using AutoCAD and preferably Revit or other BIM tools.
• Coordinate closely with engineers and architects to ensure drawings reflect design intent and conform to project specifications and codes (e.g., BNBC, ACI, etc.).
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and assist in layout planning for construction documentation.
• Update and revise drawings based on design modifications, redlines, or site instructions.
• Maintain and organize drawing sets, ensure proper version control, and adhere to internal drafting standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to support BIM model development if applicable.
• Assist in extracting quantities and details from models for estimation and BOQ preparation.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve drawing-related discrepancies.
• Conduct site visits if required to verify measurements and drawing accuracy.
