Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day to day smooth operations of the dormitory.
∎ Develop a positive relationship with the workers in the dormitory.
∎ Ensure a safe and secure living environment in the dormitory that makes all residents feel comfortable.
∎ Responsible for overseeing housekeeping, kitchen and safety & security management of the dormitory.
∎ Maintain the in & out register of the worker and visitor or guest register & utility register of the dormitory.
∎ Arrange and implement a preventive maintenance schedule.
∎ Maintain the dormitory inventory and order new items as required.
∎ Informs superior about activities in the dormitory and makes reports as required.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only Female are eligible to apply.
∎ The candidate must have stay in the dormitory 24/7.
∎ Possesses good leadership and supervisory skill.
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.

Salary: Negotiable
