Educational Requirements:
∎ Recognized professional qualification in accounting and finance.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to manage budgets.
∎ Fluent written and spoken English and Bangladeshi
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts and donor reporting.
∎ Proven experience in dealing with large budgets.
∎ Strong computer literacy: strong proven experience with computerized accounting packages, preferably PeopleSoft 8. Strong proven experience in using Excel Spreadsheets. Experience in using Internet based programs.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude to bring positive changes.
∎ Work on own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to train others
∎ Ability to work effectively with others and achieve results
∎ Commitment to the aims, objectives and organisational culture of Oxfam GB.
∎ Knowledge about financial procedures of major donor agencies, such as: UNICEF, UNHCR, ECHO, DFID, Oxfam affiliates, SDC, etc.
∎ Gender knowledge and cultural sensitivity with a strong commitment and understanding of Oxfam's values and principles
