Job Context:
∎ SAJIDA Foundation’s Elder Care programme has been specifically designed to address the needs of the elderly and chronically ill who often require compassionate health care at home. The programme’s goal is to create a safe environment at home for effective recovery, through offering versatile, flexible, and customized services to clients. The care is delivered through trained caregivers. From late 2019, SF Elder Care is evolving into a separate enterprise known as Home & Community Care Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PATIENT CARE PLAN, CONSULTATION, AND VITALS MONITORING // CLIENT SERVICE
∎ BUILD NETWORK OF DOCTORS
∎ CLINICAL ASSESSMENT
∎ ADVOCACY FOR HOME CARE
∎ CARE DELIVERY QUALITY AND SPECIALIZED TRAINING // CAPACITY BUILDING
∎ DEVELOP TRAINING MATERIALS

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Critical Care / Emergency Care is desirable

Salary: Negotiable
