∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the regional/divisional sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives and market conditions.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
∎ Set clear sales targets and monitor their performance.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners within the assigned area.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of distributors, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
∎ Identify opportunities to expand the distribution network and establish new dealers to drive business growth.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales volumes and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, market insights, and action plans.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales support materials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge of sales techniques, distribution strategies, and market dynamics.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
