Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the regional/divisional/district/area/Corporate sales strategy in alignment with the company`s overall objectives and market conditions.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.

  • Set clear sales targets and monitor their performance.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners within the assigned division/district/area.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of dealers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

  • Identify opportunities to expand the distribution network and establish new dealers to drive business growth.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales volumes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, market insights, and action plans.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales support materials.
