Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a sales strategy for the division that aligns with the overall business strategy to attain sales targets.
∎ Regularly monitor the performance of ASMs/TSMs and Field Officers to meet sales targets.
∎ Analyse the current market coverage and explore opportunities to ensure business growth.
∎ Manage and motivate distributors and take necessary actions to ensure that their ROI is achieved.
∎ *Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, customers, and stakeholders to strengthen the network and increase coverage.
∎ Train and develop the team to improve their selling skills and interpersonal skills.
∎ Implement and give feedback on market trade offers as well as monitor the competitor's activities
∎ Propose and assist the management in formulating newer and unique types of trade programs.
