∎ Minimum Masters in Commerce/BBA/MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as Team Leader and motivate team members to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Organizing the divisional sales team, monitoring & controlling.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Able to communicate with prospective dealers, contractors and customers to increase sales.
∎ Develop relations with the existing and prospective customers by providing satisfactory services.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience working in Marketing related jobs (Only Steel Sector Experience).
∎ Educational qualifications will be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
