Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ Educational qualifications will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with engineers, project managers and contractors to develop relationships to increase corporate sales.
∎ Maintain relationship with Government Departments to get information about new projects.
∎ Conduct test of rebar at BUET, LGED and other departments to ensure the quality of the product and get access at different projects.
∎ Ensure that all R&D projects are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Analyze data and research findings to make recommendations for product improvements.
∎ Find new and potential projects for sells team to increase sells.
∎ Work closely with the quality control team to convey the message of the customer regarding the quality of the product.
∎ Meet the site engineers regularly to answer any query regarding the product.
∎ Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience working in the R&D related jobs (Building Materials).
