∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Context:
∎ Paradise Electric & Electronics Industries Ltd is hiring some competent DSM for overlooking the entire Division to achieve the organizations goals & objectives. Must be creative thinker, Hard worker & able to meet the sales & Marketing targets for achieving the company objectives.
∎ Candidates must have the practical experience on Electric & Electronics Industries.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on different retails markets on basis of respective area.
∎ Organize weekly/ monthly sales meeting with the team.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.
∎ Organize promotional activities and take initiatives for attracting different customers.
∎ Have managerial experience in retails markets, dealer and distributor manage and have the ability to manage all Division sales staffs and train them.
∎ Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
∎ Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales.
∎ Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department's targets.
∎ Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection the fund and new product entry.
∎ Display and Explain product features with benefits to the Customers.
∎ Undertake the promotional activities and communication with the prospective field and prospect, extensive travel to maximize market coverage.
∎ Collect information of competition network expansion and activities and also gather market information & business achievement.
∎ Maintain Liaison with concerned department Head to manage and deliver the tasks smoothly & timely.
∎ Prepare progress report as required by management.
∎ Achieve sales target short periodic, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly target set by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Managerial experience working Sales and Marketing department of any renowned home appliance or Electric & Electronics retailer in the country
∎ Be a Team Player, Proactive, Can-Do-Attitude.
∎ Need to be smart & presentable.
∎ Fair knowledge about Electrical & Electronic products and services.
∎ Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
