Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to travel frequently within the division.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise the sales team of the assigned division.
Expand sales networks in untapped and potential markets.
Set sales targets, monitor performance and ensure achievement.
Implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports and present to management.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and other support teams.
Conduct regular field visits to track team and market activities.
Train, motivate and enhance the team’s productivity and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
