• Mentality to be responsible of any division of Bangladesh.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Willingness to travel frequently within the division.

• Lead and supervise the sales team of the assigned division.

• Expand sales networks in untapped and potential markets.

• Set sales targets, monitor performance and ensure achievement.

• Implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

• Analyze sales data, prepare reports and present to management.

• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and other support teams.

• Conduct regular field visits to track team and market activities.

• Train, motivate and enhance the team’s productivity and professionalism.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
