Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring Television Retail Sales (STS: Registration)
Ensure Television Retail Sales Growth
Developing showroom manager, distributor & salesman skill through training, product knowledge grooming
Develop showroom hygiene
Ensure proper execution of POSM at showroom and sub-dealer points
Market expansion for new Television sales by creating new sub-dealer or exclusive sub dealer (Through Walton Plaza), Local outdoor Promotion and Campaign
Ensure proper TV display & execute TV display stand
Ensure challan from Distributor & Sub-dealer
Maintain showroom wise minimum & maximum stock
Grooming idle showroom
Monitoring Challan vs Delivery target
Responsible for TV Stand delivery & Direct Sales: Sell in TV Distributor Network
