Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring Television Retail Sales (STS: Registration).
∎ Ensure Television Retail Sales Growth.
∎ Developing showroom manager, distributor & salesman skill through training, Product Knowledge & Grooming. Develop showroom hygiene.
∎ Ensure proper execution of POSM at showroom & sub-dealer points.
∎ Market expansion for new Television sales by creating new sub-dealer or exclusive sub dealer (Through Walton Plaza).
∎ Local outdoor Promotion & Campaign. Ensure proper TV Display & Execute TV display stand.
∎ Ensure challan from Distributor & Sub-dealer.
∎ Maintain showroom wise minimum & maximum stock.
∎ Grooming inactive showroom for TV sales, and Direct Sales: Sell in Safe Branded TV to Unique dealer.
