Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be Graduate in any Discipline and Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology
∎ Any foreign working experience/degree/training will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to Manage Marketing and Merchandising activities
∎ Ability to negotiations customers and suppliers for raw material sourcing.
∎ Ability to handle order negotiations, pricing and capacity reservations
∎ Ability to handle product development
∎ Ability to manage individual order profitability and budget
∎ Ability to manage forecasting the sales
∎ Ability to implement and develop the activities of the merchandising unit.
∎ Ability to handle customer visit.
∎ Good knowledge on cut to ship ratio and cut to ship reconciliation
∎ Ability to develop new markets and buyers
∎ Ability to manage individual order profitability
∎ Ability to have through knowledge on fabric/yarn manufacturing and also marketing
∎ Ability to handle business from front end i.e. designing, product development, costing, price finalization, capacity management, procurement, sales and marketing
∎ Ability to provide annual budgeting based on the internal resources, capacity availability, customer and product base for the business.
∎ Ability to drive the budgeted figures and maintain both top line and bottom line of the business to deliver the shareholder interest.
∎ Ability to analyze pre-production and post-production budget.
∎ Ability to develop organizational reputation and also to bring profitable new customers to the portfolio.
∎ Ensure on time delivery/leadership for delivery meeting.
∎ Ability to build up a team work.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over computer applications / MS OFFICE
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting
∎ Should be strong communication/negotiation skills.
∎ Should be sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments.
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability
