Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and expand market reach.
∎ Lead merchandising operations, ensuring seamless coordination from product development to shipment.
∎ Oversee sourcing, budgeting, production planning, and compliance to optimize efficiency.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
∎ Supervise and train the merchandising team as well as ensuring KPI achievement.
∎ Ensure timely approvals, technical accuracy, and quality control across all processes.
∎ Drive on time in full execution, resolving challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
