• Age 35 to 45 years

Basic Requirements

• Should have at least 15 years or more experience in apparel buying / sourcing space
• Should have extensive woven bottoms, shirts and other category knowledge - fabrics, garment production and pricing
• Experience of working directly with well-known global customers
• Can independently manage $15M Vertical as a P&L head
• Should be proactive in growing business with existing but also add new customers
• Capable of handling team of 10 merchants
• Should have 4/5 years of Bangladesh work experience

Additional Requirements

• We prefer someone with Max / Landmark experience but if there is a candidate good without this exposure will be ok to consider
