∎ RAHMAN`S CHAMBERS Barristers & Advocates (Corporate & Commercial set of Chambers) is inviting applications from high grade individuals (partner-level) in the areas of Corporate and Finance on full-time basis [9:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and Saturday 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm at our Headquarters in the immediate future (March 2023).
∎ Chambers operates a fully equal opportunities policy and is regarded as both a friendly and highly professional set. The salary shall be as per Chambers Policy which covers different rank and grades. Other benefits are negotiable.
∎ LOCATION: HEADQUARTERS
Additional Requirements:
∎ The person must have strong academic background. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years experience broadly in the area of Corporate, Taxes & Finance. Specifically, the candidate should have experience with the following: Real Estate and Property Transactions, Labour and Employment, M&A, Corporate Transactions, M&A Corporate Litigations, Banking, Finance, VAT, Tax and Customs matters. The candidate should effectively lead, motivate, mentor, and manage other associates, paralegals, and interact directly with the firm's clients. Must be both decisive and collaborative, demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.
