∎ FUTURENATION has embarked on a journey to provide accessible and high-quality courses through its Learning Management System (LMS). At present, FUTURENATION has already made significant strides by offering several valuable courses through this platform. These courses encompass a wide range of subjects and disciplines, catering to the diverse educational needs and interests of learners. From Employability Enhancement courses to Frontier Tech courses to Freelancing courses, FUTURENATION is committed to addressing various learning objectives through its LMS. Recognizing the substantial demand for specific courses, FUTURENATION is excited to announce exclusive scholarship opportunities on those courses for students at different tertiary educational institutes of Bangladesh (Public, Private and technical Universities, National Colleges, Polytechnic Institutes, etc.). FUTURENATION also offers to conduct skill development workshops and training sessions occasionally on campuses. Along with the existing skills available on the platform, these sessions can cover a wide range of skills relevant to the students `chosen fields and interests.
∎ Through this initiative, FUTURENATION envisions a future where graduates are well-prepared, highly employable, and capable of contributing significantly to our nation`s economic growth. FUTURENATION looks forward to working closely with educational institutes to communicate the offerings and identify students who would benefit from these scholarships and skill development programs. Our collaboration aims to provide a brighter future for our youth and, by extension, contribute to the development and prosperity of our nation.
∎ In next one month, FUTURENATION aims to support 32 campuses across all the divisions of Bangladesh, 4 campus in each division. Each divisional team will be led by a divisional coordinator, who will be in charge for supporting 4 campuses (and the surrounding ones).
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (Opportunity for extension)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned educational institutes to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet the FUTURENATION objectives.
∎ Arrange planning workshops with faculty members of the institution
∎ Supervise the campus mobilization and ensure synergized dissemination of FUTURENATION offerings to students of the campus
∎ Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies
∎ Lead, Coach and assist team members
∎ Consult with executive management of educational institutes to develop effective communication procedures
∎ Create communication and marketing strategies
∎ Prepare detailed activity reports
∎ Designs campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs.
∎ Contributes ideas for new programs, researching and recommending new institutions.
∎ Works with leadership to take the pulse of overall objectives of FUTURENATION.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum experience in a similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
∎ Outstanding written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
∎ Good verbal presentation, group dynamic, and facilitation skills
∎ Willingness to travel to different districts
∎ Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Salary:
∎ Exclusive salary package including TA/DA.
